But then, out of the blue, I started craving chewy chocolate chip cookies really bad! I think it is Benji's fault (It's Judy's Life), watching him just makes me crave food all day long. So I got up to get a cookie across the street at Second Cup! Sometimes, you just need to indulge! Besides, I am not sitting on my butt allday urrday so why worry about some sugar intake? The cookie was yummy and tasted exactly like the chocolate chip cookie in a mug I used to make at home with help of the microwave.
But of course, this was not the end of my snack attack. (I ordered a cookie and a green tea latte btw, which was not green at all T^T I prefer the matcha green tea latte WITHOUT lactose in my milk thank you very much). Suddenly I was craving for meat, basically something heavy on my stomach. I did not want a huge meal, so I thought why not try out a hotdog (and it is cheaap, so). And while at it, make it a Polish one!
The Polish dog was humongous the picture does not do it justice at all. I believe hotdogs here are thrice as large as the ones we can buy at snackbars in Amsterdam. Although I do not think I will order it again (I want to try out as much different food items as possible), it was definitely a good choice. The sausage was really flavorful and terrifically spiced! For only C$3,50. After finishing it I felt satisfied. And felt like an animal, because I ate so much food lol.
