Now I have had many series addictions in my life and I have to admit that I am a true episode/movie repeater. I can watch the same episode of a series or even a movie over and over again without getting tired of it, despite knowing the script by heart already. Titles that jump to mind are "Coming to America", "Sex and the City", "The Devil Wears Prada", and most of the Madea plays. Think, "Who you talking to? Who the *BITCHSLAP* you talking to?!" Oh, and I am a big fan of the animation series "As Told by Ginger" too. I actually have all the episodes on my laptop.

Because I am quite busy with school, I have to be selective in what I spend the my free time on. I have dropped "Californication" and even "Modern Family" for now, and sporadically watch especially the latter whenever I get really bored. But other than this, I only really watch three series religiously. "My kitchen rules" does not count!

"Being Mary Jane", ermahgerd. That show is bomb and although I love me some Gabby Union, I am waiting eagerly for her to fall flat on her face after her little "Do not aim to be on top" speech. I will not spoil anything else, but basically the series is about a successful single Black woman. Totally relatable to women/girls of color like moi.

"Girls", oh my gosh. This show is just too funny! Really relatable as well, for young "not a girl, not yet a woman" type of girls. I would describe it as a SATC took a cold shower kind of show.

"Single Ladies", hmm. Well, if you are a frequent reader of my blog you probably already know that I watch this show. You might even know that I dedicated an entire style series to the show's protagonist of season 1. The only reason I still watch this show to be completely honest, is out of habit ánd because of Felicia *damn she is so evil* Price. I love LeToya as a bossy snobby bitchy business woman. She inspires me in a way and reminds me of "The Secret Diary of a London Call Girl" show's character Charlotte. So much confidence and elegance. Also, LeToya was always my favorite DC member, because I was obsessed with her bangs.

Let me know in a comment below whether I am missing out on some good shows! I love shows that are relatable and inspiring, and have a storyline that is somewhat realistic.
