Cosmo fashion internship (update 2)

Hey lovies! Just like last week, this one has flown by so quickly! Before you know it my internship will already be over, boohoo... But let us not get ahead of ourselves, because in reality I have only completed two weeks as a fashion intern at Cosmopolitan.

Cosmo internship (update 1)

I am not sure if I believe in the law of attraction, or whether I am a firm believer of faith. But despite many disappointments I have encountered on my path, some way and some how I always tend to end up where I always wanted to be at. But also always at a most unexpected time. Despite the huge surprise factor these life-changing experiences usually come with, looking back I always know that they happened at the exact right moment in my life. Just keep pushing after rejection, something better is waiting on you around the corner.

My first valentine (review Yokiyo)

To be frank, I never celebrated V-day in the past, nor did I ever have the urge to do so. I found it quite commercial, cheesy, and simply "too much". It reminds me of Christmas decorations before winter has even started. Up until last year I did not celebrate it, but I have been convinced that the right person will make you fiend the most random things. For my first Valentine's day last year we went out for dinner and booked a suite, but this year I did not want anything special except for flowers and a card.

Now I have had many series addictions in my life and I have to admit that I am a true episode/movie repeater. I can watch the same episode of a series or even a movie over and over again without getting tired of it, despite knowing the script by heart already. Titles that jump to mind are "Coming to America", "Sex and the City", "The Devil Wears Prada", and most of the Madea plays. Think, "Who you talking to? Who the *BITCHSLAP* you talking to?!" Oh, and I am a big fan of the animation series "As Told by Ginger" too. I actually have all the episodes on my laptop.
