Cosmo fashion internship (update 12)

Hi lovies! I have been stuck at the office a lot for the past weeks, and only left it to pick up or return samples. We had two shoots planned back to back, of which one would take place in Paris. No, I was not invited boohoo—apparently Cosmo has a tight budget. Like always, I was in charge of samples and to my luck one of the themes was 'denim'. You might know that jeans are not the lightest pieces of clothing to carry with you. I had to collect about 100-200 for only two shoots. Of which maybe 30 were actually shot, lol. And let us not forget about tops to match them with, shoes, and accessories!

Aside from this, I also got to work on another hitlist for our October issue! I was briefed to create a top 10 hitlist of accessories to rock this fall, and I had a blast doing so!

Unfortunately shortly after, I fell ill just before the weekend. I was still not completely recovered the week after, but knowing me I still went back to the office on Tuesday. I missed the shoot on Monday, but I still had to clean up the aftermath...

I could not return any samples yet, because two shoots were still planned. But I did have to return a prop. A tall stool (see picture)! I had to somehow figure out how to transport this thing 1.5 km away. I decided to take the public transport for a few stops and walk, but needless to say I looked like a damn fool carrying it! When I arrived at the store, they asked me about another stool. Apparently, I had to bring another one, but again I was not informed about that. #andysachsmoment As if it would have been possible for me to bring both things at the same time.

For the remainder of the weeks I wrote the shopping pages for the Paris shoot, and finally got to see the results of the shoot I modelled for and helped styling!
