H&M conscious collection launchparty

Tonight my supervisor and I went to a launch party hosted by H&M, for its Conscious Collection. Although it was invitation only, it was very crowded at the location. This made it difficult to get a full experience of the exhibition. I really enjoyed the finger food (River Island; take notes), and it was pretty neat we got to shop the collection before becoming available in stores.

Because it was so crowded, however, shopping there reminded me of being in an H&M store on the day of a designer collaboration launch. There was no discount, so the point was for people to be the first to get their hands on these items. Because the prices were slightly steeper than regular H&M apparel, however, I did not predict for this collection to sell out in a few hours like designer collabs items do when they hit the stores. Of course, I could not leave empty handed, so I bought a headband that looks very Alladin-esque. Because it is too big for me, apparently I have a tiny head seen as it was 'one size', I had to put a pin in it.
